近年来,在大规模水利建设和水土保持工程施工中,大搞土石方爆破已成为提高功效,节省劳力,加快施工速度的有效措施。但是,目前由于炸药缺乏,价格昂贵,而现行爆破方法的爆炸能量有效利用率低,抛掷爆破一般为3~7%,松动爆破为14~25%。因此,如何改进爆破方法,提高爆破能量的有效利用,是提高爆破效果,降低工程造价的重要途径。我站结合打坝治沟施工,采用空室装药爆破的方法,炸药消耗系数降低了25~30%,爆破效果提高30~50%,现将初步试验成果整理总结如下:
In recent years, in large-scale water conservancy construction and soil and water conservation project construction, large-scale earthwork blasting has become an effective measure to improve efficiency, save labor and speed up construction.
