内源性雌激素在维持机体生长、发育、繁殖等过程中具有重要的作用。雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)是属于核受体家族,与骨形成代谢等具有密切关系。ER有两种亚型,ERα和ERβ,具有共同的结构框架,但它们的配体存在很大差异。在骨形成过程中,ER可促进成骨细胞分化增殖,抑制破骨细胞生长。这可能与许多复杂的信号通路及相关细胞因子(如TGFβ,Wnt,BMP,SOX9等)有关。该方面是目前国内外研究热点,本综述就此方面做一简要概述。
Endogenous estrogen plays an important role in maintaining the body’s growth, development and reproduction. Estrogen receptor (ER) belongs to the nuclear receptor family and has a close relationship with bone formation and metabolism. ER has two subtypes, ERα and ERβ, have a common structural framework, but their ligands are very different. ER can promote osteoblast differentiation and proliferation and inhibit osteoclast growth during bone formation. This may be related to many complex signaling pathways and related cytokines (such as TGFβ, Wnt, BMP, SOX9, etc.). This aspect is the hot spot at home and abroad at present, this summary makes a brief overview on this aspect.
