近年来,艺术品投资风潮愈演愈烈7月1日,中国艺术品行业的首部推荐性标准——《文物艺术品拍卖规程》开始实施。该标准的历史可以追溯到2007年。为规范文物艺术品拍卖行为,维护拍卖交易秩序,商务部从当年开始组织有关单位起草制订该规程。彼时的中国艺术品拍卖大戏可谓演绎得如火如荼。
