应用超声多普勒在产前测量脐动脉血流已经超过20余年,通过测量脐动脉等多个血管血流可预测胎儿状况。多普勒测量发现脐动脉舒张末期无血流或反流(absent or reversed end diastolic velocity,AREDV)通常提示胎盘功能不良。脐动脉AREDV常常与胎儿脑室出血(intraventricular hem orrhage)、脑室旁白质软化症(periventricular leukom alacia)、支气管肺发育不良(bronchopulm onary dysplasia)和新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征
Application of ultrasound Doppler measurement of umbilical artery blood flow in the prenatal for more than 20 years, by measuring the umbilical artery and other blood flow can predict fetal status. Doppler measurements revealed that absent or reversed end diastolic velocity (AREDV) usually indicates poor placental function. Umbilical artery AREDV is often associated with fetal ventricular hemorrhage, periventricular leukoma alacia, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, and neonatal respiratory distress syndrome
