液压压砖机在使用的过程中,会出现液压油弹性模量下降甚至是油品快速氧化变质的现象,这是由液压油中空气的混入以及压强变化所导致的空化、气蚀所造成的。而在压砖机的充、排液过程中,较为容易混入或析出气体,其压力场同样也在此过程中有很大的波动。因此,现通过Fluent软件对某型号液压压砖机充、排液过程进行三维流体瞬态仿真,获得其充、排液过程中压力场以及速度场,再根据仿真的数据对液压压砖机的结构与参数提出优化建议,以提高压砖机的性能。
