Pokemon(POK erythroid ontogenic factor)蛋白,即POK红系髓性致癌因子,也被称为LRF、OCZF、FBI-1,是转录抑制因子POK家族的一员,现已被确认为原癌基因。Pokemon在人类肿瘤如淋巴瘤、肺癌、结肠癌、前列腺癌和膀胱癌中均有高表达。它还能控制其他癌基因的活性,并对肿瘤细胞的一些重要特性产生影响,可能是其他癌基因引发癌症所必需的。本文就poke-mon在大肠癌中的研究综述如下。
Pokemon (POK erythroid ontogenic factor) protein, also known as POK erythroid oncogenic factor, also known as LRF, OCZF, FBI-1, is a member of the POK family of transcriptional repressors and has now been identified as a protooncogene. Pokemon is highly expressed in human tumors such as lymphoma, lung cancer, colon cancer, prostate cancer and bladder cancer. It also controls the activity of other oncogenes and affects some of the important properties of tumor cells, which may be necessary for other oncogenes to trigger cancer. This article poke-mon in colorectal cancer are summarized below.
