随着炎热夏季的到来,国内煤企对限制进口煤的期待终于可以暂时冷静下来。近日,很多煤炭企业已经接到了中国质检总局颁发的关于进口煤检验检疫文件。同时,试行版本的《商品煤质量要求》(以下简称《要求》)文件也逐渐揭开庐山真面目。这一进口煤质量标准与去年下发的《〈商品煤质量管理暂行办法〉征求意见稿》(下称《征求意见稿》)相比,已经发生很多变化:从目前得知的内容来看,对进口煤的灰分、硫分含量要求都有所放低。
