各地区行署,各市、县、自治县人民政府,柳铁,区直各委、办、厅、局:根据《国务院关于整顿矿业秩序维护国家对矿产资源所有权的通知》(国发[1995]33号)的要求,我区于1996年2月成立了自治区矿业秩序治理整顿领导小组。几年来,矿业秩序治理整顿领导小组在我区贯彻实施《中华人民共和国矿产资源法》,依法治理整顿矿业秩序方面发挥了重要作用,使我区的矿业秩序实现了全面的好转。为巩固已取得的治理整顿成果,维护正常的矿业秩序,加强矿产资源的保护和合理开发管理工作,认真贯彻江泽民总书记提出的“在保护中开发、在开发中保护”的总原则,根据国土资源部的要求,结合我区实际,自治区人民政府决定将自治区矿业秩序治理整顿领导小组更名为自治区维护矿业秩序领导小组,并根据我区机构改革后机构、人员变动的实
