我厂有两台锅炉:一台SHF20-25/400型全烧蔗渣,一台SHF10-25/400型以烧煤为主烧蔗渣为辅。去年与华南工学院共同设计了一套能处理11～12吨/时蔗渣量的干燥设备,用于20吨/时炉,于82/83榨季正式投入运行。四个多月来,运转正常,效果良好,供汽稳定,为我厂本榨季提高榨量创造了有利条件。设备装置在20吨/时炉第二级省煤器后取无功烟气(温度185°～210℃)作热源,采用烟气并联,蔗渣串联两级干燥方法。一级用扩缩管,二级用直管,有效干燥行程均为8米。
