1 问题的提出安全阀的作用是当锅炉压力容器的工作压力超过允许值时,安全阀能自动泄放工作介质,使压力降低到所需限值,以保证锅炉压力容器安全运行。为了使压力容器安全运行,安装的安全阀应符合如下基本要求:(1)动作灵敏可靠。(2)安全阀的排放量大于压力容器的安全泄放量。(3)密封性能良好。(4)结构合理,调节方便。其中,最重要的是安全阀的排放量大于压力容器的安全泄放量。2 安全阀排放量的安全性分析
