1974—1982年,用抗生素4261的冷冻干燥品进行了稳定性测定,并比较了浓缩液、抽提液、冷冻干燥品和结晶品等剂型对橡胶条溃疡病的防病效果,结果表明:4261是一种对光、热、酸、碱比较稳定的水溶性物质,残效期约三天,在常温条件下有效贮藏期可达三年以上,4261的各种剂型均对橡胶条溃疡病有良好防效。用浓度为1:100倍的冷冻干燥品稀释液或1:40倍的抽提液稀释液,可获得相当于浓度为0.5％的溃疡净或1％的敌菌丹的防病效果。
