湖北省当阳市实用技术研究所经数年探索,成功地完成了“五组五步纯壮优化高产培育蚯蚓技术”研究。该技术以垃圾、菌基废料为营养基料,可使每立方米小池每日获取1～2千克、月产35千克以上的北星二号商品蚓。现将该技术介绍如下: 一、近亲纯化:将耐高温品种北星二号蚯蚓种分别投入A、B、C、D四组纯化饲养缸的“原种缸”内,让其产卵。当发现紧靠表土下有大量卵粒时, 即用筛分法分出
