我们厂生产的产品上有一种外径φ34、内径φ26H7、长60、材料为45钢零件,批量较大。传统的加工方法是把钻头套进尾架靠手摇手柄来钻孔,然后再扩铰,工人劳动强度大,而且生产效率低。结合我们厂的实际,设计了一个刀套(如图1),效率大大提高。工作原理如下。 先把工件夹进卡盘,车端面、外圆;然后将刀套固定在刀架上,套入钻头,便可用走刀来钻孔(注意加切
Our factory produces a diameter of φ34 products, diameter φ26H7, length 60, the material is 45 steel parts, larger quantities. The traditional processing method is to drill bit into the tailstock by hand crank to drill, and then expand the hinge, the workers labor-intensive, and the production efficiency is low.
