讨论了阴离子型表面活性剂(SDS)和阳离子型表面活性剂(CTMAB、Zeph 和 CPC)对 Ln~(3+)-β-二酮二元体系、Ln~(3+)-β-二酮-Phen(或 DPG)三元体系及 Tb~(3+)-AA-EDTA、Tb~(3+)-Tiron、Tb~(3+)-H_2Sal-EDTA 水溶性体系荧光光谱的影响,发现不同的表面活性剂对不同的反应体系影响不尽一致.增敏程度与表面活性剂和荧光配位体的结构有关。
The effects of anionic surfactants (SDS) and cationic surfactants (CTMAB, Zeph and CPC) on the Ln ~ (3 +) - β - diketone binary system, Ln ~ (3 +) - -Phen (or DPG) ternary system and Tb ~ (3 +) - AA-EDTA, Tb ~ (3 +) - Tiron, Tb ~ (3 +) - H_2Sal-EDTA water- Of the surfactants have different effects on the different reaction systems.The degree of sensitization is related to the structure of surfactants and fluorescent ligands.
