临床资料本组24例,男11例,女13例。发病年龄:3～30岁。15岁以下20例。既往有头外伤史者4例,其中2例当时有意识丧失;发热惊厥史1例;9例否认有上述病史及产伤史;10例不详。 24例中,病程为3个月至20年,多为数月或1年余。头痛呈发作性,12例为剧烈头痛,致不能忍受,哭叫、挣扎、击头等,其疼痛性质多种或患者难以描述。疼痛部位:全头痛(15例),额部(5例),枕或颞部(各2例),发作时伴恶心、呕吐(6例),面红(2例),出汗(2例),身冷、面色苍白(2例),腹痛(2例),头昏(3例),视物模糊(1例),思睡(2例),精神症状(1例),短暂意识丧失(5例),不伴任何症 Clinical data The group of 24 patients, 11 males and 13 females.
