近年来,我科经反复研究采用微波热凝治疗耳鼻喉科常见疾病,其中对慢性鼻炎、过敏性鼻炎,慢性咽炎等疾病疗效显著。全组治疗500例均无副作用和并发症。经一年疗效观察有效率达95％以上,治愈率达80％以上,无任何副作用发生。现就本组100例慢性鼻炎的治疗与护理问题作一总结。1 临床资料 全组病例来自门诊及住院病人的慢性鼻炎100例,其中男性病人54例,女性病人46例,均有不同程度的鼻阻,分泌物多伴头疼,检查下鼻甲显著肿大,应用1％麻黄素收敛效果欠佳。
