故障现象一辆雷诺风朗车(装配M4R发动机和FK0无级变速器),累计行驶里程约为3万km,出现空调压缩机电磁离合器不断吸合,发动机故障灯点亮的现象。故障诊断接车后首先使用C LIP检测发动机系统,发动机系统储存有关于发动机散热风扇低速挡电阻器开路的故障代码。起动发动机试车,当冷却液温度达到97℃时,散热风扇不运转,当冷却液温度达到高温区(超过102℃)时,散热风扇开始高速运转,故障确实存在。由于该车出过较大的交通事故,更换过散热风扇,怀疑可能是散热风扇变形,运转阻力增大,导致风扇电阻器烧坏,熔丝熔断,或UPC、电能控制模块及相关线路出现了故障。本着由简到繁的原则,先
