为防止钢铁零件腐蚀和增加零件美观,在工业生产上常使用表面处理的方法使金属表面生成一薄的保护层。发黑(在金属表面生成一层均匀致密且与基体牢固结合的四氧化三铁薄膜)是应用最广的表面处理方法。长期以来人们习惯地沿用“低温碱性发黑”。但该工艺存在着生产周期长、能耗大、碱雾大、严重污染环境,腐蚀厂房设备,侵害工人健康的缺陷。在环境保护法颁布后和控制能源以来,人们很自然地开始寻找替代碱性发黑的新方法。开展该项工作的研究中,无锡江南大学和无锡自行车零件厂协作,研制
To prevent the corrosion of steel parts and increase the appearance of parts, surface treatment is often used in industrial production to create a thin protective layer on the metal surface. Blackening (a layer of ferroferric oxide film that is uniformly and densely packed on the metal surface and firmly bonded to the substrate) is the most widely used surface treatment. People have long been accustomed to using “low temperature alkaline black.” However, the process has the defects of long production cycle, large energy consumption, large alkali mist, serious environmental pollution, corrosion of plant equipment and violation of workers’ health.
