1991年6月1日施行的《公共场所卫生管理条例实施细则》(下称《实施细则》)各地都在执行,本人作为卫生监督员在实施使用过程中发现有如下问题并提出建议。1.《实施细则》第五条第二款“……并根据健康检查的结果,对患有《条例》第七条规定的疾病和其它传染性疾病应调离直接为顾客服务的工作岗位”,所说的其它传染病是指哪些,欠明确。第三款“……医疗卫生单位在健康检查两周内应向受检单位发出健康检查结果报告,合格者由卫生防疫机构发给健康合格证”。此条对发
The Regulations for the Implementation of the Public Health Management Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Implementing Rules”) implemented on June 1, 1991 was implemented everywhere.
