花生的主要经济价值之一是为人类提供油脂。要获得更多的油脂,除提高花生产量外,提高种子的含油量也有重要意义。为此,我们对花生的播种期、土壤水分、肥料等不同栽培条件下获得的种子进行油分化验分析,以研究环境条件对花生种子含油量的影响。 含油量的化验是采用索氏油脂提取器,乙醚浸提法。选择较饱满的种子,每个处理重复3次,于11月20日至30日进行了分析化验,试验初步结果如下: 一、播种期对种子含油量的影响 采用早熟品种花28与RHP_2,春播是5月4日播种,9月6日收获;夏播是6月18日播种,9月24日收获。试验结果表明,两个品种的含油量都是春播高于夏播,花28高2.36%,RHP_2高1.55%(见表1)。
One of the major economic benefits of peanuts is the supply of fat to humans. To get more oil, in addition to improve the yield of peanuts, raising the oil content of the seeds is also of great significance. Therefore, we analyzed the oil content of seeds obtained under different cultivation conditions, such as sowing date, soil moisture and fertilizer, to study the influence of environmental conditions on the oil content of peanut seeds. The results showed that the oil content of both cultivars was higher in spring than in summer, with 2.36% in flower 28 and 1.55% in RHP_2 (Table 1).
