肺炎链球菌(SP)是目前国内外各年龄组人群社区获得性肺炎的最主要的病原菌。本文从肺炎链球菌的感染流行现状、耐药性、实验室检测及其预防等方面对其加以阐述。
Streptococcus pneumoniae (SP) is the most important pathogen of community-acquired pneumonia in all age groups at home and abroad. This article describes the prevalence of Streptococcus pneumoniae infection, drug resistance, laboratory testing and prevention.
