研究了碳源及二价锰离子Mn(Ⅱ)对白腐菌Panusconchatus产木素降解酶的影响。结果表明碳源的种类对标过氧化物酶(MnP)和漆酶(laccase)产生的影响有明显的差异。Mn(Ⅱ)对P.conchatusMnP和laccase的产生有明显调节作用。不加Mn(Ⅱ)条件下,P.cochatrus几乎不分泌MnP,而laccase在木素降解醇中占据了主导地位。加入并提高Mn(Ⅱ)浓度,MnP活力随之提高,而laccase活力却相应降低。
The effects of carbon source and divalent manganese ion Mn (Ⅱ) on the ligninolytic enzyme of white-rot fungus Panusconchatus were studied. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the types of carbon sources on the production of standard peroxidase (MnP) and laccase. Mn (Ⅱ) to P ConchatusMnP and laccase have a significant role in the regulation. P.cochatrus secreted almost no MnP without Mn (II), while laccase dominated lignin-degrading alcohol. With the increase of Mn (Ⅱ) concentration, MnP activity increased, while laccase activity decreased accordingly.
