近年来片剂开始采用水溶剂系统的聚合物薄膜包衣,但由于水的汽化潜热高,蒸发所需的能量和时间增加,微波干燥能克服此缺点。本文报道常规的热空气干燥法与微波干燥法相比较结果。薄膜包衣溶液主要含有三种成分:聚合物,增塑剂和溶剂。所有的溶液都含有表面活性剂作为消泡剂,以防止在最后的薄膜上形成孔洞。未用色素、遮光剂或其它添加剂,设计了四种配方。按照产品说明书制备包衣溶液,用家用微波炉最低档使之干燥,每干燥1min 把盛溶液的玻璃板移出微波炉暴露于外界空气20s,制出的薄膜标上“MWD”(微波干燥)。对照组有
In recent years tablets have begun to be coated with a polymeric film of a water-solvent system but microwave drying can overcome this disadvantage due to the high latent heat of vaporization of water and the increased energy and time required for evaporation. This article reports the results of conventional hot air drying compared with microwave drying. The film coating solution contains mainly three components: polymer, plasticizer and solvent. All solutions contain a surfactant as a defoamer to prevent voids from forming on the final film. Four formulas have been designed without pigment, opacifier or other additives. Prepare the coating solution according to the product manual, dry it with the lowest level in the domestic microwave oven, and remove the glass of the solution in the microwave oven for 20 s every 1 min of drying.
