能源高粱不同品种叶片抗氧化物质动态研究

采用不同的方法对来源不同地区的4个甜高粱品种叶片不同部位的抗氧化物质黄酮、SOD、维生素C进行动态研究,结果表明:甜高粱不同品种均表现为叶肉中黄酮、维生素C含量高,叶脉中SOD活性高.甜高粱品种间引4叶肉、叶脉黄酮含量高,引26叶肉、叶脉维生素C含量高,吉甜杂1叶肉中维生素C含量高,叶脉中SOD活性强.发现甜高粱各品种及叶不同部位抗氧化物质在甜高粱发育中后期猛增而达到峰值.
