介绍了一种用于光束时间匀滑的谐振腔式相位调制器,并通过实验观察得到若干阶边带的频谱展宽。通过理论分析推出了光谱在1.053μm处展宽0.2nm所需谐振腔品质因数的大小。
A kind of resonator type phase modulator for beam smoothing is introduced, and the spectral broadening of several steps is obtained through experiment. Through the theoretical analysis, the quality factor of the resonator needed to broaden the spectrum at 1.053μm by 0.2nm is introduced.
