5MN锻钢坯液压剪切机组是我国自行研制的。该机组由5MN液压剪、推料装置、定尺装置、钢坯输送辊道及收料头、料尾装置等组成。整个机组由一台可编程序控制器控制,实现了机电一体化。作为机组关键设备的液压剪全部采用液压传动,剪切机的机架采用双柱式框架结构,剪切液压缸的活塞杆和缸体分别同上剪刃和下剪刃相联,而缸体和活塞杆相对于机架均是可以运动的,这就保证了剪切力只是内力,因而简化了机架和基础施工。该机组在生产中发挥作用,创造了可观的经济效益。文中较详细地介绍了该机组的工作原理与特点,对设计有一定的参考作用。

The frame of the shearing machine adopts a double-column frame structure. The piston rod and the cylinder of the shearing hydraulic cylinder are respectively connected with the upper cutting edge and the lower cutting edge, The piston rod is movable with respect to the frame, which ensures that the shear force is only internal, thus simplifying the frame and foundation construction. The unit play a role in the production, has created considerable economic benefits.
