企业文化是伴随社会主义市场经济和企业管理发展而形成的一门新的企业管理理论,其丰富的内涵和广阔的发展前景,已引起了各界人士的高度重视。党的十四大以后,全国掀起了一股“企业文化”热。但是,谁是企业文化建设的领导力量、主体力量和依靠力量,对此众说纷纭,尚未形成共识,笔者特此进行探讨,以求教大方。
Corporate culture is a new enterprise management theory accompanied by the development of socialist market economy and enterprise management. Its rich connotation and broad development prospects have attracted the attention of people from all walks of life. After the party’s 14th National Congress, a “corporate culture” fever began to stir across the country. However, there are many opinions about who is the leader, main body, and relying force of corporate culture construction. There is no consensus yet, and the author hereby discusses it in order to seek advice.
