目前,国内大型铸造起重机的起升机构根据减速器结构和布置形式的不同,一般分3种类型:第1类是起升机构的减速系统由3台减速器组成并呈品字形布置。其中中央减速器是行星齿轮减速器,其2个低速轴通过联轴器驱动2个普通圆柱齿轮减速器(以下简称行星齿轮减速器);第2类的中央减速器为棘轮棘爪减速器;第3类是起升机构的减速器为长条形圆柱齿轮减速器。针对这3种减速器各自的特点和使用维护注意事项,作详细地介绍,以供起重机设计和使用者参考、借鉴。
