八九两月,为贯彻国务院治理整顿土地市场秩序的部署,国土资源部会同发展改革委、监察部、建设部、审计署组成10个督查组,分三批对全国31个省(区、市)进行了督查。本刊记者有幸随行。对各类开发区的清理整顿是土地市场秩序治理整顿的重中之重。开发区究竟怎么了?病了?不同地域、不同级别、不同发展状况的开发区表征有没有区别?有没有符合规范理念的开发区?什么样?开发区规范发展的出路在哪里?本期特别策划请随行记者谈谈他们的观感。
