本文对我院60例经纤维支气管镜经胸腔闭式引流管行胸膜活检的临床应用报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料选取2009年1月至2013年1月我院不明原因中等量以上渗出性胸腔积液患者60例,其中男40例,女20例,年龄17~74岁,平均50.6岁,病程2~3周,其中大量胸腔积液35例,中等量胸腔积液25例,排除条件:严重心脑血管疾病及出血性疾病。1.2术前检查胸部CT、血常规、凝血检测、心电图等。
