循证公共卫生的兴起和发展,以证据为基础的全新科学决策方法正在不断渗透到疾病预防控制领域。该文提出的循证免疫规划正是以循证公共卫生为指导,在系统、全面收集证据的基础上,以一系列科学化的推理、评价等方法,提出当前最佳的免疫规划管理与实践决策的活动。文中主要介绍了循证免疫规划的理论基础、证据来源以及实践步骤等内容,为免疫规划工作的科学化、规范化提供了一套新的方法体系。
Evidence-based public health emerges and develops, and evidence-based new scientific decision-making methods are constantly penetrating into disease prevention and control. The evidence-based immunization program proposed in this article is based on the evidence-based public health guidance. Based on systematic and comprehensive evidence collection, a series of scientific reasoning and evaluation methods are put forward to propose the best current immunization program management and practice Decision-making activities. The article mainly introduces the theoretical basis, evidence sources and practical steps of evidence-based immunization planning, which provides a new set of methodology for the scientific and standardized immunization planning.
