培本方由补益气血阴阳的药物组成，为临床用于支气管哮喘缓解期的经验方。本研究通过致敏豚鼠引喘，大鼠被动皮肤试验，以及SRS—A的豚鼠回肠检定法等实验，探讨培本方对支气管哮喘的作用机理。实验结果证实：培本方能有效地延长致敏豚鼠哮喘发作的潜伏期，改善炎症介质释放所致的微小血管渗透性．拮抗SRS—A等，具有抗变态反应作用。
Peibenfang is made up of yin and yang drugs for qi and blood. It is a clinical experience for remission of bronchial asthma. In this study, guinea pigs induced guinea pigs, passive skin test in rats, and SRS-A guinea pig ileal assay and other experiments to explore the mechanism of action of Pei Fang on bronchial asthma. The results of the experiment confirmed that:Peibenfang can effectively prolong the latency of asthma attacks in sensitized guinea pigs, and improve the microvascular permeability caused by the release of inflammatory mediators. Anti-SRS-A, etc., have anti-allergic effects.
