临床资料 1 一般资料 1998年1～10月我院产科分娩2186例,脐缠绕485例,发生率为22.19％,在脐缠绕中脐绕颈476例,占脐缠绕的98.14％。脐绕颈中初产妇393例,经产妇83例;孕周36～42周;年龄为21～39岁,平均年龄27岁;个体户及工人占70％,农民占16.9％,干部占13％。
Clinical data 1 General Information January 1998 to January 2186 cases of obstetric birth in our hospital, 485 cases of umbilical entanglement, the incidence was 22.19%, in the umbilical cord around the neck in 476 cases, accounting for 98.14% of umbilical entanglement.
