在联系群众和服务群众的工作实践中加强党的基层组织建设,是新形势下保持党的先进性和纯洁性的必然要求。全面深化改革新时期,基层组织建设出现了许多新情况新问题。立足新形势新要求,我们可以从理念、制度、做法三个层面切入,探索提升基层党组织领导效能的有效路径,即:通过创新价值观教育方式以增强基层党员感召力,通过完善制度和机制以增强基层党组织领导力,通过丰富和拓展工作形式以提升基层党组织工作成效。
Strengthening the building of the party’s grassroots organizations in the work practices of contacting the masses and serving the masses is an inevitable requirement for maintaining the advanced nature and purity of the party under the new situation. In the new period of deepening the reform in an all-round way, many new situations and problems have emerged in the building of grassroots organizations.
