目的:研究恒山黄芪内生真菌的次生代谢产物。方法:采用反复硅胶柱色谱法结合羟丙基葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex LH-20)色谱法等进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果:从恒山黄芪内生真菌Penicillium griseofulvum的发酵液中分离得到8个次生代谢产物,经结构解析,分别为23-methylergosta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6α-triol(1),5α,8α-epidioxy-ergosta-6,9(11),22-trien-3β-ol(2),cyclotryprostatins A(3),cyclotryprostatins C(4),trypacidin(5),monomethylsulochrin(6),fumiquinazoline D(7)和fumiquinazoline J(8)。结论:所有化合物均首次从恒山黄芪内生真菌中分离得到。
Objective: To study the secondary metabolites of endophytic fungi from Astragalus membranaceus. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography. Their chemical structures were identified by physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. RESULTS: Eight secondary metabolites were isolated from the fermentation broth of the endophytic fungus Penicillium griseofulvum, and their structures were elucidated as 23-methylergosta-7,22-diene-3β, 5α, 6α-triol (3), cyclotryprostatins C (4), trypacidin (5), monomethylsulochrin (6), fumiquinazoline D (7) and Fumiquinazoline J (8). Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from endophytic fungi of Astragalus membranaceus for the first time.
