当今乡镇企业以“公民”同等待遇参与市场竞争,瓜分市场,这向乡镇企业提出了新的挑战。因此,乡镇企业要在市场上立足,不断发展壮大自己,就必须主动迎接新的挑战。审时度势,不断研究开拓市场的战略,追求市场份额最大化。如何开拓市场资源、拓展竞争空间?以笔者的掘见,首先要步出市场竞争的误区。目前乡镇企业在竞争中要走出以下几个误区:1.“供销员经济”的误区有些乡镇企业的生死捏在供销员的手中,往往走掉一个供销员,带走一批客户,失去一部分市场,这些企业的供销员在很大程度上把握着企业的命
Today township and village enterprises take part in market competition with the same treatment as “citizens” and share the market. This poses new challenges to township and village enterprises. Therefore, township and village enterprises must take the initiative to meet new challenges by establishing a foothold in the market and continuously developing and growing themselves. Review the situation, continuously study the strategy of market development, and pursue the maximization of market share. How to exploit market resources and expand the space for competition? With the author’s excavation, we must first step out of the misunderstanding of market competition. At present, township and village enterprises have to go through the following misunderstandings in the competition: 1. Misunderstandings of “salesman economy” Some township and village enterprises have their hands in the hands of salesmen. They often walk away from a salesman and take away a group of customers and lose a part of the market. The salesmen of these companies are largely responsible for the company’s life.
