为了更好地组织全国党校的马克思主义理论队伍,加强科研协作,鼓励多出成果和培养优秀人才,经1990年全国党校科研工作座谈会商定建立全国马克思主义研究基金。1991年春,由中央党校科研部起草了《全国马克思主义研究基金暂行条例》(讨论稿),向全国省级党校征求意见,同时征集研究基金。截至7月底,已有28家省级党校和经济计划单列市党校参加。
In order to better organize the Marxist theoretical ranks of Party schools throughout the country, strengthen scientific research and cooperation, encourage more achievements and cultivate talented personnel, the National Marxist Research Fund was agreed after 1990 national symposium on scientific research of Party schools. In the spring of 1991, the “Provisional Regulations of the National Marxism Research Fund” (discussion paper) was drafted by the Scientific Research Department of the Central Party School, soliciting opinions from provincial party schools throughout the country, and collecting research funds. By the end of July, 28 provincial-level party schools and party schools with separate economic plans have joined the party school.
