对中国乳业的危机管理现状进行了简要的介绍,通过案例揭示中国乳业危机管理存在的严重问题,在运用企业危机管理理论对这些问题进行分析的基础上,提出了一套较为完整的中国乳业危机管理应对体系。
This paper gives a brief introduction of the status quo of China’s dairy industry crisis management.
