“坚持教育家办学之路,建设现代化、国际化的学术型中学”是东北师大附中在国家基础教育综合改革的大背景下,结合本校文化传统、现实需求和时代要求提出的未来发展定位。在实现这一发展定位的过程中,东北师大附中逐渐摸索出一条以学术型课程与校本教研引领教师学术性发展,以实践活动引领学生学术性发展,以创新精神引领学术型校园文化建设的特色发展道路。这些学术型中学建设的理论与实践经验为实现基础教育学校的特色发展、提升学校品质提供了一种崭新的思路。
