论述了非承压井渗流计算的“割离井法”及其微机实现，包括编制软件的数学基础、软件系统的设计与使用。本方法不仅可用于计算井的出水量、水位变化，还可以设计井群、预报动态、评价资源，推求水文地质参数。
Discusses the “cut-off well method” of non-pressurized well seepage calculation and its computer realization, including the mathematical foundation of software development and the design and application of software system. The method not only can be used to calculate well water discharge and water level changes, but also can design well groups, forecast the dynamic, evaluate resources and deduce hydrogeological parameters.
