在不同恒温条件下观察了南美斑潜蝇实验种群的发育、存活及繁殖情况 ,拟合了南美斑潜蝇发育速率与温度之间的关系模型 ,求出了各发育阶段的发育起点温度及有效积温 ,组建了不同温度下实验种群的特定年龄生命表及生殖力表 ,计算了种群增长参数 ,分析了种群增长参数与温度之间的数学关系。结果表明 ,在 2 0~ 2 5℃的适温范围下 ,南美斑潜蝇有着很强的种群增长能力 ,而 2 7 5℃以上的温度条件不利于种群的生存与繁衍。迄今为止 ,该害虫在中国虽为局部分布 ,但在一些气候较为温和的地区容易暴发成灾 ,这可能与其温度适应特性密切相关。
The growth, survival and reproduction of the Liriomyza sativae test population were observed under different isothermal conditions. To date, the pest has been partially distributed in China, but it is vulnerable to outbreaks in some temperate climates, which may be closely related to its temperature adaptation.
