一九八○年十月十五日在内蒙古电子学会召开首届年会之际,成立了内蒙古电子学会生产技术学会,受到该区从事电子工业生产技术工作者的热烈欢迎与支持。该学会于一九八一年二月二十一日在呼和浩特市召开了全体委员会议,为了逐步健全和加强学会的组织建设以适应今后工作发展的需要,经过协商,增补了学会委员。主任委员王守舜,付主任委员李玉明、杨玉祥、韩荣喜,学会秘书赵来兴。
On October 15, 1980, at the inaugural annual meeting of the Inner Mongolia Institute of Electronics, the Institute of Production Technology of the Inner Mongolia Institute of Electronics was established. It was warmly welcomed and supported by the technical workers engaged in the electronics industry in the district. The Society held a committee of all members in Hohhot on February 21, 1981. In order to gradually improve and enhance the organizational structure of the Institute so as to meet the needs of future work, the Institute has added members to the Association after consultation. Chairman Wang Shou-shun, chairman of the pay Li Yuming, Yang Yuxiang, Hanying Xi, Zhao to learn to Secretary Xing.
