(一) 党的十三届七中全会通过的“八五计划和十年规划的建议,对于建设有中国特色的社会主义的基本理论和实践进行了总结,概括出十二条基本原则。它勾画的基本轮廓,既体现了社会主义的普遍特征,又揭示了社会主义的中国特色。从而使我们进一步懂得:伟大的理论只有同伟大的实践相结合,才能具有持久不衰的生命力。使我们学会了如何掌握马克思主义的精髓,不唯书、不唯上、只唯实。基于这一认识,我们结合企业实际,以《建议》的“十二条基本原则”和“五个坚定不移”为中心,采取如下措施,增强企业思想政治工作的有效性。第一,健全体制,加强领导,确立企业党委的政治核心地位。一是企业党委要领导好企业的思想政治工作,必须强化和健全党委的工作机构,充实力量,加强队伍建设;完善各项规章制度,严明党内组织纪律;改
