宁夏回族自治区是我国向西开放的桥头堡,自古就是古丝绸之路的必经之地,是我国东、西部地区进入河西走廊、新疆,通往中亚、西亚、东亚、欧洲的便捷通道;宁夏是中国最大的回族聚集地,与阿拉伯国家有着悠久的经贸往来与文化交流史,自古以来就是中阿交流合作的重要纽带。随着“一带一路”战略的全面实施,要求宁夏地区培养和引进更多高层次复合型阿语人才,为“丝绸之路经济带”的发展做好人才资源的保障,为推动中国与“丝绸之路经济带”上各阿拉伯国家的交流与合作做贡献。

It is a convenient access to the Hexi Corridor, Xinjiang and Central Asia, West Asia, East Asia and Europe in the east and west regions of China. Ningxia Is the largest gathering place for Hui in China and has a long history of economic and trade exchanges and cultural exchanges with Arab countries. Since ancient times, it has been an important link between China and Afghanistan in exchange and cooperation. With the full implementation of the “Belt and Road” strategy, Ningxia will be required to train and introduce more high-level compound Ayurbanic talents so as to promote the protection of human resources for the development of the “Silk Road Economic Belt” China Contributes to the Exchanges and Cooperation among Arab Countries on the Silk Road Economic Belt.
