本文以甘肃省甘南藏族自治州为例 ,探讨了高寒少数民族地区贫困形成的主要因素 ,提出加快小城镇发展 ,是少数民族农牧区广大群众脱贫致富的最佳途径。并分析了甘南州小城镇发展的现状及主要的限制因素 ,提出了加快甘南州小城镇建设的对策建议。
Taking Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Gansu Province as an example, this paper explores the main factors of poverty formation in the alpine region and proposes that speeding up the development of small towns is the best way for the majority of people in the ethnic minority areas to get out of poverty and get rich. And analyzed the current situation and main limiting factors of the development of small towns in Gannan Prefecture and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions on accelerating the construction of small towns in Gannan Prefecture.
