目的分析探讨多层螺旋CT诊断小肝癌的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2011年1月期间59例确诊为小肝癌患者的CT资料。结果病灶位于肝右叶39例,肝左叶18例,肝尾叶2例,共发现67个病灶。单发癌结节43例,多发癌结节16例,结节直径0.6~2.9cm。CT平扫检出率为62.69%,增强扫描动脉期、门脉期和延迟期检出率分别为79.10%、73.13%和61.19%。结论螺旋CT增强扫描在小肝癌的诊断上具有很高的临床实用价值,有助于小肝癌的早期诊断。
Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of small hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods The CT data of 59 patients diagnosed as small hepatocellular carcinoma between January 2010 and January 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The lesions were located in 39 cases of right lobe, 18 cases of left lobe of liver and 2 cases of caudate lobe. A total of 67 lesions were found. Single tumor nodules in 43 cases, multiple nodules in 16 cases, nodules diameter 0.6 ~ 2.9cm. The detection rate of CT scan was 62.69%. The enhanced detection rate of arterial phase, portal venous phase and delayed phase were 79.10%, 73.13% and 61.19% respectively. Conclusion Spiral CT enhanced scan in the diagnosis of small liver cancer has a high clinical value, contribute to the early diagnosis of small liver cancer.
