中央电视台“末位淘汰”机制的实行,确是寻求资源优化配置和自身良性发展的一次尝试,也显示了央视自我变革的决心。作为一种工作态度,应该肯定:从操作层面上说,也属一种进步而有效的措施、手段:优胜劣汰,鼓励竞争。而以收视率为臧否节目是非的尺度,更充分体现了对观众的重视——作为大众传播方式之一种的电视传媒,能够如此对待自己的传播对象,也确是把握住了大众传播的根本。 在肯定上述举措的同时,提出以下个人意见,谨供有关人士参考。
The implementation of the “last resort” mechanism of CCTV is indeed an attempt to seek optimal allocation of resources and its own benign development. It also shows the determination of CCTV to make self-transformation. As a working attitude, it should be affirmed: From an operational level, it is also an effective and progressive measure, which means: survival of the fittest and encouragement of competition. However, the audience rating is more fully expressed by the audience rating as a criterion of whether or not the program is non-existent. The TV media, as one of the modes of mass media, can treat its target of communication as such and indeed grasp the basis of mass media . While affirming the aforesaid measures, I hereby submit the following personal opinions for reference.
