信阳国际茶文化节已举办了22届,其基本外宣思想为以茶为媒、发展信阳。随着经济技术的不断发展,外宣思想的不断进步,茶文化节的外宣话语体裁资源愈加丰富,媒介技术更加大众化和现代化,体裁选用更加具有适配性,更贴合语境。信阳茶文化节在外宣话语中坚持大宣传的方向,有效利用话语间性,使外宣话语体裁系统得到高效利用,取得显著成效。但其在体裁的深入挖掘方面仍然有创新的不足。
Xinyang International Tea Culture Festival has been held for 22 sessions, and its basic idea of outreach is to use tea as a medium to develop Xinyang. With the continuous development of economy and technology and the continuous improvement of the propaganda and ideology, the media resources of the propaganda and discourse of tea culture festival are more and more abundant. The media technology is more popularized and modernized, and the selection of genres is more adaptable and more in line with the context. Xinyang Tea Culture Festival in propaganda discourse adhere to the direction of major publicity, the effective use of inter discourse, the foreign propaganda system to achieve the efficient use of language, and achieved remarkable results. However, there is still a lack of innovation in the further exploration of genres.
