当前,生源下降的事实给中等职业技术教育造成了相当沉重的打击。如何在生源争夺中兼顾学校与学生的利益成为中职学校发展中的一道难题。为了走出生源下降的困局,应当在稳定职业教育现有办学规模的基础上逐渐转为内涵发展上,突出办学特色加强优势专业,改革课程体系不断加强与企业的人才培养合作。
At present, the fact that students have dropped has caused a rather heavy blow to secondary vocational and technical education. How to balance the interest of schools and students in the competition for students has become a difficult problem in the development of secondary vocational schools. In order to get out of the dilemma of a declining birthrate, we should gradually shift to the development of content on the basis of stabilizing the existing scale of running a vocational education, highlighting the characteristics of running a school, strengthening superior majors, and reforming the curriculum system to continuously strengthen cooperation with personnel training in enterprises.
