国家计委综合司,不久前委托辽宁、四川、福建、上海、广州三省二市的计委(计经委)分别就1987、1988两年城镇居民其它货币收入情况进行了调查。 这次调查城镇居民其它货币收入,系指除去工资总额和“城镇个体劳动者净货币收入”、“其它职业者收入”、“居民从国家财政得到的收入”后,当年各种来源的全部货币收入总额。凋查的主要情况是: 一、其它货币收入增长幅度较大 1.其它货币收入的增长快于经济发展的增长。1988年其它货币收入总计为256亿元,比1987年增长29.5%,比同期三省二市的工业总产值(现价)增长27.5%,高出两个百分点。 2.其它货币收入的增长快于工资总额的增长。1988年其它货币收入增长速度29.5%,大大快于工资总额增长23.7%的速度。其它货币收入相当工资总额的比重,1987年为46.4%,1988年上升为50%。 3.1988年同1987年相比,其它货币收入中增长最快的是保险费赔偿收入、居民股金收入、在职职工第二职业收入、居民出售废品收入、体育文艺竞赛补贴。这五项收入分别比上年增长50%到一倍以上。

The share of other currencies in the total wage bill was 46.4% in 1987 and 50% in 1988. 3.In 1988, compared with 1987, the fastest growing other monetary incomes were insurance premium income, residents ’share capital income, second employment income of employed workers, residents’ income from the sale of wastes, subsidies for sports and art contests. These five incomes respectively increased 50% over the previous year more than doubled.
